Cosmos Exploration

This project is a 3D motion graphic environment that explores scale, space, and atmosphere through surreal architectural composition. The piece blends cosmic imagery with interior form to evoke a sense of awe and vastness, placing the viewer inside an abstracted, otherworldly room.

Designed and animated in Adobe After Effects, the project combines open-source galaxy textures with original composition, masking, and layered transitions. Overlays and color grading were used to unify the scene and create depth, while motion and pacing emphasize the contrast between the intimacy of an interior space and the immensity of deep space beyond it.

Set to a contrasting soundtrack, the animation heightens the sense of mystery and scale, allowing sound and image to play against each other. Cosmos Exploration reflects an interest in using motion graphics to transform familiar spaces into immersive, speculative environments.
